RETURNS

We accept returns on eligible items within 10 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Certain items may be non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to improper handling or installation

If an item is marked Final Sale, it is not eligible for return or refund.

HOW TO START A RETURN

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 2 days of delivery

  • Include photos of the damage and packaging

We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

If your refund is approved but not received after this timeframe, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us.

EXCHANGES

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our return policy.
